All quotations must be processed online using our shopping cart. Please create an online account using your own e-mail and a password of your choice. Our shopping cart calculates worldwide shipping (we do not allow UPS or DHL). You can enter your address as a ship-to location, or you can enter the address of your freight forwarder (we dont allow freight pick up). Select "Check / Money Order" and proceed to complete your order. The complete cost of goods plus shipping has been created and saved for you. You can then send us an email and we will send your payment options
ORDERS MUST BE PROCESSED ONLINE
To get the discounts on this website, your order must be processed on the website. For payment, however, you can simply select PAYMENT BY CHECK/MONEY ORDER and indicate "Please Call for Credit Card" in the customer comment sections during checkout. When a customer services representative calls you for the credit card information, they will only be able to take your credit card information; they will not be able to offer you any technical advice on use of the product (this is entirely the customers responsibility). Alternately, you can request bank transfer information for payment by direct deposit bank transfer. This is the preferred payment method for customers outside the USA.
USA CUSTOMERS - if you were previously approved for Net 30 Day payment terms, you can simply write your Purchase Order number in the "Comments" section during checkout and you will receive the same order processing as when you previously e-mailed your order. Requests for an RMA for returning of goods must be made within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise.
